Treating Ourselves

How we treat ourselves sets the tone for how others treat us.

As we celebrate Halloween today, it got me thinking about treats. How we often limit the treats we allow ourselves. How we often treat ourselves in our head unkindly. Today on Halloween, and as we move into the busy holiday season, I hope you spend time treating yourself.

Our yoga practice allows us to treat ourselves to deep breaths, mindful moments, and building body strength.

Affirmation for the week:

May I be happy just the way I am.
