I am patient and peaceful

Hey there MK Namaste Fam,

I’m working with the theme of patience this week. This point of winter it always seems like it’s hard to be patient while waiting for spring to arrive. Do you feel that, too?

If you read my last email you know we had some pipes burst at our house. We are still dealing with the after effects of this and still don’t have heat in the whole house. It has been a true test of my patience. I have used my yoga practices more times than I can count. I found myself telling my kids yesterday, “Remember, this is all temporary.”

What’s going on in your life that is requiring patience and possibly a little perspective?

I’d love to hear it so I can sit in it with you.

As we are still working on the house, there is no class this week. I challenge you though to use your yoga off the mat. To find a few moments to just sit and think about what you are waiting for and remind yourself that it’s all temporary and soon it will be spring and whatever your waiting for will come in it’s right time.
